Well folks, we’re starting back up again. We apologize for the downtime, and regret to report that due to the lost time we probably won’t be able to publish much in the way of an accurate report for the month of August. We’ll continue updating the feed through the month and maybe publish the report with a disclaimer anyway. Time will tell.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help out with the site. If you’re interested in either helping update the feed or writing content for the site, please contact me at scott@injusticeeverywhere.com and give me an idea of how you think you can help. Please keep in mind this is a volunteer project and it may take a significant amount of time. If you feel the effort is worthwhile, please consider contributing to keep the site going! I’m going to need the help.
Thanks all for your continued support.

http://www.kxxv.com/Global/story.asp?S=10928853 I believe you have talked about this cop before.
We think that your readers will be interested in this article from the “Broward-Palm Beach New Times”, about a man who was left brain damaged from a car collision with a Broward deputy ten years ago, and who still has not received any money from the health insurance company or BSO.

Thank you for letting us know about this case, truly heartbreaking and outrageous. I wish there was something else we could do other than just mentioning it, it isn’t just a story that readers should be interested in, but should feel the need to take action about because it’s a situation that anyone could find themselves in at any time.
Thank you for telling it.
The Broward County story reminds me of another similar case in FL where the young man– a very talented artist, unfortunately didn’t make it.

The offending officer also had a history of misconduct, but nothing was done to protect the public.
